GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Short -Term Goals
Goal # 1: To conduct open
air meeting, six seminars, (four for all believers, one for youth and the last
one for women), women conference and evangelism in 2019
Action Plans

To evangelize the inhabitants and win them to Christ.

To teach and encourage in the Bible the new converts so as to let them grow in
their faith and character.

To conduct various seminars for Evangelists and Pastors on how to reach the
Muslims.

To strength the youths spiritually

To conduct door –to- door and personal evangelism.

To conduct one open air meeting in our parish.

To conduct fifty films show for a year in at our parish.

Long-Term Goals and
objectives
Goal
# 1: Establish on-farm kitchen/retail store to
accommodate visitors and prepare ready-to eat products by 2020-23.
Objectives:
-Evaluate
need for such over next 2-3 years as existing facilities are used to
accommodate Visitors.
-Visit
other ranches to see what facilities are used other places.
-Establish
budget and expected return for building such a facility
Goal
# 2: Establish herd of 40 to 50 St Joseph`s
Parish cows with calves and bulls over next 1 – 5 years.
Objectives:

Save back best heifer calves to add to herd and change bulls when needed to
maintain quality and prevent in-breeding.

Manage herd to avoid non-productive
cows, disease and parasites.

Continue to take into fully utilize
pasture on an absentee ownership plan.
